Visionary Subject Photos

I ran across these photos I took on a trip to Tahoe a few years ago. They produced some beautiful subject photos I want to make into large paintings. I think it's very important to take your own subject photos especially because of how it changes the style of your work. I found that whenever I used photos online for painting subjects my work looked less original and flat. Using your own photos can add an original element to your paintings. Keep in mind memories can easily be turned into paintings.
